At Practical Solutions HR, our mission is to provide small and growing businesses with the tools and resources they need to succeed. We specialize in HR consulting, offering advice and services to help build and develop your HR departments. Karly Jones, BBA, CPHR

Owner

Karly created Practical Solutions HR after previously working in various HR leadership roles with companies like Amur Financial Group, Kirmac Collision and Scotiabank. At both AFG and Kirmac, she was the organization’s first HR professional and was responsible for all HR and payroll functions across the employee lifecycle.  Karly believes in providing practical HR solutions that establish and maintain effective “win-win” working relationships amongst the employees and business leaders.  In addition, Karly has experience with implementing HR software, providing CPHR mentorship, and is passionate in working with small business to support their continued success.

Karly holds her CPHR designation with the BC and Yukon Chapter, her BBA from SFU and HRMT Post Baccalaureate from KPU.  Outside of work, Karly loves to cook and bake, read, compete on her Peloton, and spend time with her three young kids and husband.
