Karly Jones, BBA, CPHR
Karly, founder of Practical Solutions HR, leverages diverse HR leadership roles at companies like Amur Financial Group, Kirmac Collision, and Scotiabank. As the inaugural HR professional at AFG and Kirmac, she managed end-to-end HR and payroll functions. Karly prioritizes practical HR solutions, fostering "win-win" relationships for the business and its employees. In addition, Karly has experience with implementing HR software, providing CPHR mentorship, and is passionate in working with small business to support their continued success.
Karly holds her CPHR designation, her BBA from SFU and HRMT Post Baccalaureate from KPU. Outside of work, Karly loves to cook and bake, read, compete on her Peloton, and spend time with her three young kids and husband.
